I'm a Navy wife to my husband who has proudly served his country for the past 12 years. I'm also a Mom to 2 kids, one of which inspired me to pursue my passion for photography when we discovered my husband would be deployed shortly after her birth and I wanted some nice photographs to send him while he was gone.
I love children so their sessions are the ones I look forward to booking the most. That's not to say I don't love being honored to photograph teens, families, and the newly engaged. My favorite sessions have always been the kids though because I love capturing them when they're completely unaware, in one instant I can discover their entire personalities just by snapping my camera.
I'm a transplant and live right here in Virginia Beach, VA - and while I'll forever call Maine my true home, I love it here! Being such a big military area I get the chance to meet people from everywhere but I also get to sample the local flavors and scenery so all in all, this is a great place to be!
